It is portable, not heavy and very easy to set up. Make sure you don't forget to open the vent for the air to pass. you will see that it catches a lot of dirt from the air and from your lungs

I would like to trim it down.Symptoms:Wake up in the morning and starts sneezing. starts running nose. starts watery eyes.This only ends if i leave my house, go to job or any other place then my flat, but if i stay situation will be getting worse and worse every hour.In my family only i have this problem, but since i bought this De-humidifier all allergies stopped, the flat looks a bit warm and good atmosphere in the flat.This machine is a bit noisy to keep it running at night, but it is very good to clean air,On the side note i would like to say, our flat is very very old and very very small like most flats/houses in UK, But why in UK authorities not making big houses, i have seen some new dwellings as well but they are way too small. sometimes you open your main door and you will see your neighbour standing face to face on his main door. In England houses are built by private contractors who are greedy and to save spaces they build as small houses as possible, if you seen the new open plan kitchens which are actually they stick appliances on one wall of sitting room and done 21 century kitchen is ready.The Govt. should make it law to make big houses, double rooms should atleast take a super king size bed, they should be laws about wide walk ways etc.

Purchased to help dry washing. hang up washing in the small room with the dehumidifier on and dries fully within the day even in the dead of winter.Very handy in a house which does not have a tumble dryer that does have two children

Does exactly what I need it to do.It made the quality of the air in our dining room so much nicer within just a few hours and our old damp house is starting to feel much dryer.It does make a noise but it's a fairly quiet hum in comparison to others I've used.Excellent purchase.

It does the job, can’t say about energy efficiency yet.It is fairly noisy to be in the room with , but we try to keep it on where we’re not.Doesn’t take much space, but you need to keep it away from a wall- kind of in the middle of the room.A must in London.We’re satisfied customers.

This is amazing! I shopped around before buying and so glad I purchased this. It is very low cost on electric and we use it in a two bed house in Portugal for 14 hours a day every day. It needs emptying every night! I've no idea where all the water comes from everyday because the climate here is very dry! Really impressed with this machine.

Great product I have been using this for health reasons. It’s compact and easy to empty on the dehumidifier. Depending on weather and heat it can fill 2.5 litres a night but it’s easily popped out and emptied. During that day it’s primarily set on the air purifier setting which leave the bedroom fresh.Very pleased with this and the 3 year guarantee is excellent.

Wow it’s louder than I hoped for. it is quite noisy and disturb my sleep at night. The HEFA filter not cover the air vent wholly. I kept checked humidity levels for five days closely. It kept running it 24 hours. My small room’s humidity level gone down from 64 to the targeted 50 in two days. However the machine did not shut off even it reached and gone below the target level. I decided to return it and will buy their new ABC Range instead as it has lower noisy level and have two speeds instead of one.

I didn't realise how much humidity you could remove from a small flat. We usually collect 4 litres per day. I have to empty the 3l container more than once every 24hrs. It's simple to use: you turn it on. Boom. It's slightly noisy, not horribly, but in some cases, maybe because of the position, the internal parts make a little more noise, so if you sleep with it in your room, you might get annoyed. Still, great quality, great results. We have a small 2 bedroom flat. We used to wake up with huge pools of water under the window. We still get the occasional residual condensation, but far less than before.

Does its job in a 40 square meters apartment where I can't really open the windows (just 10cm, and they overlook a highway, so...DUST and POLLUTION). Sure, a bit noisy if you want to sleep with it in the bedroom, but I use it when I am home and awake. In the morning I don't wake up with the feeling of dust in the throat (I am quite sensitive about this), and by the end of the week, when chores-time comes up, I notice less dust on surfaces of the house. And it really keeps humidity at the right level: on humid days, the tank fills quickly, and you can feel the difference (besides reading the percentage of humidity on the dehumidifier).The tank is not very big, that this makes it easier to empy it, with respect to bigger models I had in past.

Takes longer than expected to reduce humidity in a one bed small room, around 4-5 hrs to reduce room humidity from 60% to 50%, 45% is pretty much unachievable, and that's only one small room with doors closed. Can't imagine it being effective for multiple rooms. Very loud, especially here in ireland, where we seem to have thin walls and ceilings. Humming can clearly be heard downstairs.

This dehumidifier made a significant difference to the moisture in our apartment. Highly recommend. Works really well to reduce humidity and suck up water - we clear the water dispenser once a day! Helps laundry dry much faster too.

I'll update this review if/when I actually get to use it because I'm currently trying to get rid of the AWFUL burnt plastic smell. No good if you have chemical sensitivity or MCAS/MCAD. Very disappointed as I have 2 meaco air purifiers and they're great, no smell at all!

We had serious damp problems, but now between a new roof and this dehumidifier, they're all sorted. Small/light enough to move if necessary (I keep it upstairs during the day and downstairs at night), this is a really good choice. Expensive, but well worth the investment. A little noisy, but not excessively so (the fact that it's on a different floor at day/night makes a huge difference).

Easy to clean, too - just vac the air filter from the outside every couple of weeks!

Does good job, the moisture and condensation in our house is significantly less, and the feeling inside the house is better now, but this also depends on the percentage of moisture that you set the humidistat-we have it at 55-60%. It makes some noise but you quickly get used to it and the wet days the box gets soon full of water, but it's easy to empty it and put it back in place. Easy to use, the instruction leaflet is very accurate. Also, it does good job with laundry, helps with drying the clothes. Much better comparing with another similar dehumidifier that the bought.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son but I had to use it in my house for a few weeks as my dehumidifier had broken. Excellent, wish I'd bought another for myself instead of paying to have my old one fixed as its much much better. I've used a dehumidifier for over 30 years my first lasted most of those years and the broke, I replaced it with another cheaper one (£70 ish) that broke after about 3 years use, I had it fixed for £40, wish Id bought another of these instead.

This a fantastic item it has stopped all condensation in our flat i would highly recommend to anybody who needs one you cant hear it, also it has stopped any mould growing cheap to run only three pence a day but it does switch it self off when not required and back on when the humidity gets higher than the setting you have programmed easy to use fantastic product
