After using Tefal Steam Generators for 20 years. Disappointed with this model. The returning the iron to the station you have to make sure it is sitting in the cradle. Instead of putting back. I know it is for safety but defeats the object. Making Ironing a chore.

Amazon CustomerProbably the worst iron I have ever had, which is a shame as I have always found the regal brand to be great. The main problem is that It leaks like mad from two different spots and the control gauge is so flimsy that if you touch near it it changes temperature which has resulted in burning a few delicate items.

New yorkshireFirstly, the steam generator arrived without any packaging, not even a plastic wrapper, and the Tefal box was not sealed. However, iron appeared new so I was prepared to give it a try. Within 20 minutes of using the iron, it started spitting out brown water so looks as though this might have been a faulty return. I did not use the item for long enough to give judgement on other features but I must say that the lead that juts out from the iron is so high that it rubs against the wrist unless held at an awkward and uncomfortable angle. I would say this is a definite design fault as I have used a number of steam generators over the years and have never had this problem. I would definitely not recommend this product.

The iron hasn’t done it since but if it dies I will b contacting Tedal

chessiibIt’s a good iron and does the job, it’s not bad for the price. The cord gets in the way as it goes straight up. It steams ok but not as good as my last iron but then it was half the price. Glides well and has good temperature control. I think for me I’d have spent extra money and got something bigger and better.But value for money is good. Does it’s job well. The good thing is definitely the water fill point is easy to use. In general a good iron I was just being tight, and should have spent more as I’m used to much more powerful steam iron. Definitely 4 star though worth the money.

AlexIt worked well at first now spitting out brown stuff very disappointed as I researched that this has a filter and self clean to avoid this also the opening to where you pour water so difficult to pull down and when you do it breaks off
