The outside of the toaster became very hot(to hot to keep your hand on it) after putting it on the max sitting when put on for the first time, this can not be safe

MeridianI just received today. That is so fast to delivery to France from uk. Just wait 2days .This machine so great . For the shape that is beautiful and quality so advanced.Just a bit problem about timer . I sit the right time But it was always two minutes faster than the actual time, I adjusted back to normal time, but in the end, it was still 2 minutes faster .. don’t understand why .

JonathanThe coffee maker's faster brewing technology - means the prepared coffee tastes like water , not strong at all , light brown colour - regardless of how much ground coffee you put in the filter , and how high the strength of the ground coffee is - the water comes through way too fast . Not impressed and disappointed .

NKLike the timer but fiddly to set and remember. There are no corresponding lines, on the carafe, to show the amount of water you have in the pot to brew. Possibly a little big for my use but I like that my husband, who gets up at 4am, will have a lovely cup of coffee. I’m not a great coffee drinker but I’ve enjoyed a cup.
