markNot sure why i re bought this machine - but again use it only once a day and within a year it has broken down which is strange given it does not get much usage. Next purchase will be a different machine and model.
LEONI bought 3 over 3 years as the milk frothing stopped working on everyone of them. Seems to be a design issue. I eventually returned the last one and did not buy again

Liam LynchAs an avid cappuccino consumer I was looking forward to having a machine that both prepared the coffee and the milk froth in one. However, for reasons unbeknownst, the automatic cappuccino/latte preparation settings dispense the milk BEFORE the coffee! Have you ever even once been into a coffee shop when they prep coffee in this order?? No, because the coffee then kills the milk froth when poured on top of it. I’m truly perplexed by this :-/It is possible to dispense the two separately and so you can choose to dispense coffee first and then manually dispense the milk froth. However, this means standing with your finger on the button until the correct level of milk is dispensed. Very user un-friendly.It’s also quite fiddly so even using the milk frother separately, you have to use the ‘clean’ button between each cup of coffee you prepare. Can you press the button and walk away so the water flows through the system cleaning it? No you can’t. You have to press and hold the button (for 16 seconds according to the manual) each time.I’m a massive nespresso fan, and for them apparently being such coffee experts, I'm wholehearted disappointment with this machine.

Sultan101996Very good tasting coffee but not very hot. Nespresso say 83deg/coffee 63deg/milk the true lab test say 54deg/coffee and 41deg/milk very poor temp and no settings to change it. Very disappointed.
GlennGreat in machine but turn the dam temperature up, nobody want warn coffee. Or at least give us he buyer to increase temperature. Sending it back in the morning.
ScottThe constant dismantling to clean is a little fiddly in comparison to other machines. The milk isn’t always hot enough for me otherwise a perfect cup of coffee!

Couldn't be bothered dealing with sending it back so now I just have the inissia version for £230!!! Espresso only. I would advise to steer clear and get espresso only. Less to go wrong.
Matthew PotterA difficult machine to use and the coffee made is luke warm. The milk frother is not easy to use or clean. I also found all the different coffee pods to come out bitter which is not the norm for other Nespresso machines. I would not recommend.

ahmedegabWhen it first arrived it was great. The descaler light came on after a short while and so I descaled the machine. It seemed to be working fine, then the descaler light came on again and it stopped pumping steam into the milk. I descaled again and it worked again for a week, but has again stopped working. Disappointing
miss nd parkerThis coffee machine breaks regularly either by not producing any foam or losing connection with the external milk unit altogether. Nespresso warranty is unfortunately worthless here. They tried to fix it three times without any success. They claim they can’t replace it. Very disappointed.
